I had an overall decent stay at Una Hotels Mh Matera. The modern design and cleanliness of the rooms were impressive. However, the hotel's location was quite far from the town, and I struggled with some service issues during my stay, particularly regarding staff responsiveness. I enjoyed my meals, but had mixed experiences with the dining service. 🌟
